Explore the character dimensions of effective leadership and reflect on the leader you want to be as a doctorate holder.

Criteria

The following criteria are required for earning the Leader Character badge:

  1. Documented attendance and participation in the 12-week course SGPS9201: Developing Leader Character
  2. A written reflection on your character strengths and the areas you plan to develop further in graduate school. This includes a vision statement of the type of leader you want to become and how you will measure your success.
  3. Creation and facilitation of a workshop that explores one of the following leader character dimensions: humility, integrity, collaboration, justice, courage, temperance, accountability, humanity, transcendence, judgement.
