The Condominium Management Operational Quality micro-credential is the capstone micro-credential in the Condominium Management Certificate Program. Learners are required to have completed all other Condominium micro-credentials prior to enrolling. The micro-credential consolidates all the learning from all the previous micro-credentials with the primary focus of integrating the application-based content into condominium managers’ day-to-day role to ensure high-standards of performance. This micro-credential is accredited by Condominium Management Regulatory Administration of Ontario.

Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario

The CMRAO is the regulatory body that sets standards and enforces the mandatory licensing of condominium managers and condominium management provider businesses.

Criteria

Learning Description:

The earner has synthesized the full program and content of all the previous micro-credentials. Earners demonstrate how technical content should be applied and integrated into condominium managers’ day-to-day role to ensure high standards of performance.

This micro-credential is delivered over 10 weeks. It combines self-directed and instructor-led learning.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Application of the rules, regulations, standards, and best practices to their administrative responsibilities
  • Demonstration of the skills and confidence to manage the end-to-end process of their main responsibilities
  • Awareness of the requirements and best practices for developing standard operating and emergency procedures
  • Understanding of the need to strive for high standards in the delivery of their condominium management services

**Learning Assessment: ** Earners have completed a series of case studies designed to test application of knowledge in key scenarios. A final test also assesses overall knowledge and understanding of theoretical principles.

Humber assessors will hold a Condominium Management License and be pre-approved by CMRAO.
