Criteria

To earn this badge, mentors:

  • connected with a mentee (first-year student)
  • attended an asynchronous training session
  • were matched with their mentee for the duration of the academic year
  • supported their mentee towards their academic, professional, and personal development
  • made informed resource referrals to help their mentee navigate campus
  • was a mentor for more than one year
