You have completed the requirements of the GRADSkills program.

By the end of the workshop series, participants will have an understanding of how to:

  • Build effective communication skills
  • How to better give and receive feedback
  • Communicate with purpose and intention
  • Communicate effectively through conflict
  • Employ solution-focused communication
  • Communicate beyond academia (including branding and social media)

Participants must complete at least four workshops plus one skills reflection session (6.5 hours total) facilitated by the Yeates School of Graduate Studies and the Centre for Excellence in Teaching and Learning at Ryerson University.
