A leadership activity with a focus on Systems Thinking - participants were encouraged to view challenges/problems from a broad perspective that includes seeing overall structures, patterns and cycles in systems, rather than seeing only specific events in the system.
Criteria
Participants engaged in individual and group tasks to see firsthand the benefits of systems thinking. Participation in an open dialog session, a video and presentation were also required.
