  3. Understand the dynamics of working in teams including: stages of team development, overcoming team conflict, working in successful teams and understanding why some teams fail
  4. Reflect on individual interpersonal communication style and recognize how this can influence those around us in a workplace setting

The micro-certificate holder successfully completed assessments including assignments, quizzes, group work, in-class practice, reflection, and discussion exercises.
