The badge is issued to students who, working as part of a virtual team, effectively use online tools to communicate, collaborate and manage tasks in order to develop solutions to industry-related challenges.

Criteria

The Badge is granted when a student scores at least 50% of their individual grade in the experiential learning project (ELP). The individual grade is calculated by the instructor based on:

  • Peer Evaluation (completed twice during the project)
  • Self-Reflection (completed at the end of the project)

This badge is issued by a qualified instructor at McMaster University's Centre for Continuing Education.
